Our facilities are suitable for large or small meetings, adult education classes, seminars, community groups and one to one meetings. On on-site Community Cafe is also available when closed as a cafe (Opening Hours).

  • Meeting House: up to 75 people with a variety of room formats
  • Common Room:up to30 people, suitable for meetings/social events
  • Library: up to 12 people, good for small groups/one to one
  • Cafe: up to 30 people, small groups

A pleasant Garden area is available for use in good weather and the cafe can provide groups with meals and/or refreshments to order, by prior arrangement.

Audio-visual aids can be made available in any of our rooms and a piano is available in the Meeting Room. Facilities are available for groups to make their own tea and coffee in the Common Room. In addition we have an on-site Community Cafe.

Town Centre car parks are nearby and we are a 3min walk from the Bus Station and a 15min walk from the Rail Station (taxi stand).
Costs
In general there is a minimum hire period of 3 hours. Fractions of an hour are charged as one hour.

Meeting House with Common Room: £10.00 per hour
Common Room only, Library or Cafe room: £7.00 per hour

Please note that hire of cafe space does not include use of the kitchen.
